I am committed to helping you achieve your health & fitness goals, and am pleased that I am able to offer the following resources to support you on your journey at no cost to you:
1. Facebook Live every Tuesday at 2 p.m. Eastern: I'm excited to announce that starting January 10th, 2017 I'll be on Facebook Live every Tuesday at 2 p.m. Eastern to discuss a different fitness-related topic. To kick off the new year, I'll be discussing why resolutions don't work and how to use the power of habits to rock your health & fitness goals. I'll be posting these videos publicly, so you don't need to be "friends" with me on Facebook to join in. If you're not able to make it live, the video will be available for replay here any time afterwards.
2. The January Sleep Challenge: Getting adequate good-quality sleep is absolutely essential to your physical, mental and emotional health, yet it's likely you're not getting enough. From January 15-21st, I'm going to be running a January Sleep Challenge, asking you to commit to getting a MINIMUM of 8 hours of sleep every night for a full week. Sign up here and you'll get daily emails all week to support you in meeting this goal.
3. Women Wandering in the Woods: I'm going to be making "Wanders" a regularly scheduled activity throughout the year. Nature is good for us, people (social connection) are good for us, and movement is good for us! We'll combine all three for a rejuvenating hour together every 2nd Wednesday and 4th Saturday of the month from 10-11 a.m. We'll meet at the entrance to the Ravine Road trail, just off Churchill Park in Westdale. The first Wander will be Saturday, January 28th, full event details here (and NO event this Wednesday, January 11th)
